Below are some examples of our customised developments in Electroincs.

Rear View Camera Rear view camera
The rear view camera features a wide-angle lens and automatically opens underneath the rear window when the reverse gear is activated.
The image is shown on the navigation system's display. Large and bulky SUVs are thus much easier to maneuver
After shifting into forward gear and at a speed of 15 km/h the camera automatically slides back into a cover, varnished in the same colour as the car.
Engine Fan Control Engine Fan Control
Setting of engine fan speed in order to achieve the optimum thermal operating point of the combustion engine.
The engine control unit sets the default reference value via a serial interface. The unit can diagnose short-circuits, excessive loads, mechanical stiffness, excess temperature etc.
Speed offset to prevent vibrancy problems possible.
Fuel Pump Control Fuel pump control
The unit is used for requirements-based activation of the fuel pump.
A PWM signal (frequency approx. 20 kHz) is transmitted to the fuel pump's DC motor via an output stage. The output pulse-duty factor is calculated according to an input pulse-duty factor at the PWM input.
Climatic Relay Climatic Relay
Connection of magnetic transmission for the air-conditioning system.
Actuation of water pump and fan relay.
Vehical Power Cutoff Vehical Power Cutoff
These devices are used during extended standing or transport periods.
They cut the vehicle electrical system off the battery. An impedance measurement of the power system then detects e.g. that the brake pedal is actuated and in this case the battery is automatically connected again.
A total discharge of the battery due to accidentally still connected consumer loads is thus reliably prevented.
Linear Sensor Linear sensor detecting gearbox status
The linear sensor is used in electropneumatic manual transmissions.
It senses the position of the transmission's gear wheels via a solenoid plunger and releases the respective shifting processes.
Rotary Position Sensor Rotary position sensor for commercial vehicles
The rotary position sensor for commercial vehicles is used to sense the clearance between axle and chassis.
Angle detection is carried out contact-free.
Coupling Sensor Coupling Sensor
The linear sensor is used in the clutch of electropneumatic manual transmissions.
It senses the clutch's position via a solenoid plunger in order to detect wear and to release shifting processes after coupling.
Rotary Position Sensor Rotary position sensor for passenger cars
The rotary position sensor for passenger cars is used in SUVs to sense the clearance between axle and chassis.
Angle detection is carried out contact-free.
